I am writing to ask for help. My wife is a trans veteran and we are trying to get changes made for her to become the woman she is intended to be. If anyone could help point me in the right direction of whom I need to contact and the 100's of others on veterans behalf that would be great. Thank you. I guess I am stupid to thr fact of which district I should contact. The VA is located in kernersville. ... See MoreSee Less

Congratulations on the election of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. The 116th US Congress and the people will fare well with her leadership. The diversity of this newly composed body moves more towards a reflection of America. But there is still so much work to be done to improve not just government but how it impacts the lives of so many. There will be many battles to make this happen. Some will be fierce. Some will be passionately hard fought. And some will be lost. But we must persist and be intentional in making our democracy work for all. #wontstopcantstop #2020vision #100women ... Thank you to all of our veterans who embody strength and bravery serving here and abroad. We honor your service not just today but everyday! Happy Veterans Day.

My young voters kicking off this Election Day morning at the MLK Community Center! I'm doing this for you. Thank you!!

Keep an eye on @DDAdamsCongress. This one is personal. She’s my city councilwoman and is challenging an entrenched incumbent for Congress. A win for DD is a bellwether for a change. #vote2018
